Delete Your Account & Data

MyCoach Ed, operated by Eduard Vlase Limited, lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this yourself inside the app, or by sending us a request by email. This page explains both methods, what data is removed, and what (if anything) is retained.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open the MyCoach Ed app and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right).
  3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@eduard-vlase.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all personal data we hold for you, including:

  • Your profile, goals, and body measurements
  • Training plans and logged workouts
  • Nutrition and meal logs
  • Bloodwork results and supplement information
  • Health & fitness metrics synced from Health Connect
  • Meal photos and any images you uploaded
  • Coach chat history and voice-input transcriptions
  • Your authentication record (email / sign-in identity)

What may be retained

We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of your request. A limited set of records may be kept only where the law requires it:

  • Billing records: subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Transaction records required for tax and accounting are retained by the payment provider for the legally required period. We never store your payment card details.
  • Anonymized data: aggregate, de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you may be retained to maintain the service.
