Frequently Asked Questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile, scroll to Account and tap Delete account. That removes your account and all its data. You can also email support@eduard-vlase.com and we will delete it for you. See the delete account page for details.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by your app store. On iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How much does Pro cost?

MyCoach Ed Pro is £2.99 a week for your first 4 weeks, then £5.99 a week on the UK App Store. Prices vary by country and store, and the app shows yours before you confirm.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's refund request. If something went wrong, email us too and we will help.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Email support@eduard-vlase.com from the address on your account and we will send you a copy of your data, as UK GDPR gives you the right to.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone on iOS 17 or later, and Android phones on Android 8.0 or later. Your data syncs between devices when you sign in to the same account.

How accurate is the coaching?

Your coach uses AI models with your profile, goals and logged data. It gives general training and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before big changes to your training or diet, and about any lab results.

The app isn't syncing or loading. What should I do?

Check you're on the latest version and have a stable connection, then force-close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't work, email support@eduard-vlase.com with your device and what you see, and we will look into it.
